Key ingredients and their functions:

Collagen – the key ingredient for creating the water matrix that forms the structural framework of cartilage, giving it strength and elasticity. We use a sustainable and ethical source of marine collagen.

Hyaluronic acid – a glycosaminoglycan (GAG) that maintains the viscosity of joint fluid, lubricating the joint and acting as a shock absorber.
